Return and Refund Policy

At Grainify, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us at jan@grainify.co and we will help resolve the issue.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible physical products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at jan@grainify.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Digital downloads or digital products after access has been delivered
Custom or personalized items
Gift cards
Final sale items
Items damaged through misuse, wear, or improper handling
Final Sale Items
Products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jan@grainify.co. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for eligible returns. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at jan@grainify.co.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Products marked as final sale cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at jan@grainify.co.
